Exhibitor Pass
Vehicle Guidelines
Registration is $25 per vehicle. This includes your designated display space, an official event dashboard plaque, and admission for up to four passengers.
We welcome all meticulously maintained classic American muscle, vintage trucks, hot rods, and custom builds completed prior to 1985. Hoods up during judging.
The main event
Plan your arrival and prepare your build. Staging begins early in the crisp mountain air, followed by public gates and official judging.
Timeline
Judging Categories
7:00 AM — Exhibitor staging and check-in begins. All vehicles must be parked by 9:00 AM. Public gates open at 10:00 AM, with official judging commencing at noon.
Compete for custom-crafted trophies across three official classes. Our panel evaluates paint, engine bay cleanliness, and historical accuracy.
3:00 PM — Awards presentation at the main stage. Exhibitors are requested to remain staged until the entire ceremony concludes to support fellow builders.
Awards include Best in Show, the highly coveted People's Choice voted by attendees, and our Top 10 outstanding builds.

Trailer parking?
Can I bring canopy tents?
Is food provided?
Yes, we provide a designated off-site trailer unloading and parking area just half a mile down the road. Shuttles are available.
Pop-up canopies are permitted behind your vehicle but must be securely anchored with weights due to afternoon mountain breezes.
Exhibitors receive discount vouchers for our local food trucks. Water stations are positioned throughout the main grass display area.
